What is ThirdLove return policy?

ThirdLove offers free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders and $13 CAD for Canadian orders within 60 days of purchase. To qualify, products must have original tags and underwear must be unworn and in its original, unopened packaging. Request a shipping label through their website, and you will receive an email with the label to print. You can leave the package in your mailbox, with your local US Postal Service carrier, or drop it off at any UPS location. For military or American Territories addresses, a USPS label will be provided, and the return package can be dropped off at the local post office.

What is ThirdLove exchange policy?

You can request an exchange for an eligible item when processing your return. To exchange for the same product in a different size or color, select from the available options in the drop-down menu. Please note that color exchanges must be for items with the same price. If your desired size is not listed, it is currently unavailable in that style and color. To exchange for a different style, first request a refund for your return and then place a new order on our site.
For U.S. orders, exchanges are processed after your return is received and shipped via standard shipping. You can choose to use an Instant Exchange and receive your new items immediately, paying only if your return isn't received within 14 days.
