What is the process for redeeming a coupon?

To redeem a coupon, first add the desired products to your shopping cart. Then, navigate to the top of the website and click the "Cart" link to view your items. From there, click the "CHECKOUT" button to proceed to the checkout page. On the right-hand side of the page, you'll see a designated box where you can enter your coupon code.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Starbackdrop order processing usually starts within 24 hours of receiving your request. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Starbackdrop via email. While Starbackdrop will does their best to cancel your order, please note that our cancellation policy is subject to certain restrictions. If your items have already been shipped, printed by the vendor, or sent to the proof of print backdrop, unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel the order, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the printed item's total amount will be charged.

What are the estimated shipping times?

Expedited shipping time for most North American and European countries is typically 4-7 business days, while the standard shipping time is around 8-15 business days. For countries in South America and Africa, the expedited shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days, and the standard shipping time is around 10-18 business days. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time. It is important to note that shipping times may vary by 1-3 days when delivering to different addresses within the same country. Please keep in mind that our delivery time is only an estimated arrival time and is not guaranteed. If you encounter any delays in receiving your package, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I return my order?

At Starbackdrop, they custom make all of our backdrop pieces to order. This means that unfortunately, returns are not possible for undamaged products. Starbackdrop understands mistakes happen though! If you've received the wrong item due to an error by Starbackdrop during production; contact Starbackdrop and send a photo in as evidence - then Starbackdrop will be able to arrange a replacement out right away at no extra cost. Similarly if your product arrives with any flaws or defects from manufacture- simply let us know and again will replace it free of charge with the same style pattern piece - however please note that this policy does NOT cover orders placed incorrectly (wrong size/picture) made on behalf of customers themselves! Please note that once printing has started or the order has been shipped, Starbackdrop cannot cancel the order for any reason. Starbackdrop provides clear information on production and shipping times on the website, so please review this information before placing your order. If you do need to cancel your order, there will be a processing fee of 20%-40% deducted from your order value.
