What is Redwolf's Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from your Orders Page. Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and they will issue credits in your Redwolf Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). You can then use these credits to place a new order. Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive from Redwolf?
Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat). Those placed later or on a Sunday or on Public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day. Once shipped out from their warehouse in Mumbai, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location. If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
