What is PrAna shipping policy?

PrAna prioritizes sustainability in the company's shipping process by using reusable packaging and striving for fast and efficient delivery. Please note that once an order has been placed, PrAna is unable to make any changes or modifications.
PrAna offers three shipping options for its customers, including Standard Shipping which is free with no minimum purchase required and estimated to arrive in 5-7 business days. Expedited Shipping is available for $20 and estimated to arrive in 3-4 business days. Express Shipping is also available for $32 and estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days.
Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days to process orders before they are shipped, and the estimated delivery time does not include this processing period. Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays and adverse weather conditions. Expedited and Express shipping options cannot be used for PO Boxes or APO addresses. Your order will be delivered via UPS or USPS, and if you are unable to accept UPS shipments, please provide a P.O. Box address. USPS is the only shipping option available for P.O. boxes, APOs, and destinations in Puerto Rico.

What is PrAna return policy?

PrAna accepts returns within 60 days of the original ship date but only from the original purchaser or gift recipient and for items purchased from prAna.com or prAna retail stores. Items purchased from independent department stores and dealers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Final sale items, clothing purchased through second-hand shops or non-authorized dealers, or items returned due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return. PrAna.com cannot issue refunds to the original payment for purchases made at prAna's retail stores, but a merchandise credit can be issued for such returns.
For returns made within 60 days of the ship date with the original retail receipt or online packing slip, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. For returns without the original receipt or packing slip, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price. The return process takes approximately 10-15 business days after being received.

PrAna's International Returns

The Borderfree return policy allows for returns within 90 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after the 90-day period. PrAna apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges, and return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
