Can You Use Coupon Codes At Postmates?

When you order through Postmates, you are taken to the preview screen that allows you to verify your products. This is where you can apply a discount code if you have one. In the upper area of the screen, you’ll see a box called Promo Code. This is where you type in your discount code. Hit Next to apply it and see the new subtotal. You cannot use more than one coupon code at a time.

What Are Postmates’ Delivery Charge Rates?

When you type in your address, you are provided with a list of restaurants in your area that offers delivery. The fee will range from $.99 to $3.99, with partner merchants up to $9.99 for non-partners. You can see the view you pay for delivery at checkout.

Does Postmates Offer Free Delivery?

You can get free delivery if you are an “Unlimited” member or your order meets a restaurant’s minimum amount. You can try the Unlimited program for free for seven days.

Is There A Student Discount At Postmates?

Postmates does not currently offer a student discount, but students can save money in other ways. When they sign up at Postmates, they will receive a $100 credit on food delivery.

Is There A Return Policy In Place?

Postmates does offer a return policy, but you could incur a $15 restocking fee for some items. Couriers are eligible to refuse alcohol returns for various reasons such as ID name mismatch, age restrictions, etc.

Can Tips Be Adjusted After A Completed Delivery?

You have a 10-hour window after completing an order to adjust the tip. To make the adjustment, open the app and hit the profile icon. Choose the order you want to adjust to and hit Click, then Change Tip Amount. You can make a custom tip, use the percentage option or Choose another to leave a $0 tip and hit Done when you’re through.

Is A Pick-Up Option Available At Postmates?

Rather than pay the delivery fee, you can pick up the order instead. The service allows you to skip lines and get your food. You’ll receive a notification when the food is ready for pickup. Hit the Pickup tab in the app and see what services are available to you at that time.
