What is NOBULL return & exchange policy?

For products purchased from NOBULL in the US and delivered within the country, they offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery, with a pre-paid label provided. Exchanges for products delivered outside the US are not available, and international customers must return them at their own cost. It is important that the product is tried on indoors and remains in its original condition, unless it is faulty. All products, including additional laces, must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging, including the shoe box, which is considered an important part of the presentation. Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store, while those purchased online must be returned through their website. If you receive damaged or defective products or experience a quality issue, reach out to their Customer Service team for assistance. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method and it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be issued, after which you will receive an email confirmation.
