• All products returned to www.natori.com must be in a resalable condition with the original product packaging and tags attached. Natori will return to the customer items that do not meet these standards. The Natori Company has the sole right to determine if an item meets these standards.
• Products returned with a postmark within 30 days of the delivery date will be credited to the original payment form, including any tax but not express shipping costs.
• Products returned to The Natori Company in acceptable condition with a postmark between 30 and 60 days after the delivery date will be exchanged for website credit, including any tax, but excluding shipping costs.

• Underwear, boy shorts, and panties must be tried on over your own underwear or other similar clothing. Any violation of this policy will result in the rejection of the return.
