Does Magicycle have warranty?

Be rest assured, Magicycle e-bikes also comes with a 2-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components such as the battery, frame. Gift items are excluded from warranty.

Can I return my products to Magicycle?

They're sure that you'll love your Magicycle e-bike but in case you change your mind we're pleased to offer a refund within 15 days from the day you receive it. (as long as your e-bike is in an as new condition). Simply contact them, have your proof of your purchase, and the same card that you used when you originally purchased the e-bike one of their friendly colleagues will then be happy to process the refund for you.

What is shipping policy?

They'll show you your current delivery options at checkout. Subject to the time of your order and where you want delivery, these options will include. FREE standard delivery within Mainland US(3-5 working days). The pre-sale products will be processed asap during the estimated time span. As for the delivery to Canada, they will charge a shipping fee of $299 for 750W ebikes shipped from the warehouse in the mainland US, (Except Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland, and Labrador. Orders in these states will be charged an extra shipping fee.), but we won't charge a shipping fee for 500W ebikes shipped from the warehouse in Canada. The delivery from the mainland US to Canada will take about 7-10 working days.

Where does Magicycle deliver to?

At present, they can deliver orders exclusively to Mainland US and Canada. Unfortunately they're unable to deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.
