Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable in the event that items need to be returned. At this time, there may be a few days' delay in our delivery of your cozy sleepwear. We apologize for any delays and are doing our best to get the order out as soon as possible. Our flat-rate Ground shipping charge on all orders is $19 for Alaska & Hawaii customers; Expedited Shipping carries an additional fee of $48. What if I want to return an item?

Customers must request a return within 30 days of the ship date, after which items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging within 15 days. Worn or altered items may not qualify for an exchange or refund, while all returns must include the packing slip supplied during processing to ensure fast refunds/exchanges. At this time, we regret to inform customers that certain items are not available for exchange or return. These include gift cards, free gifts with purchase orders and embroidered garments. In addition, Sets and Kits must be returned in full; partial exchanges cannot be made at the moment.

How long does a refund take?

Returns take time, but we will have you refunded as soon as possible! After receiving your return it may up to 10 business days for us process and inspect the items. We'll then send out a notification via email once done. Please allow 2-3 additional days after that in order for those funds be credited back into your account.
