What if my order is marked as "delivered" but i have not received it?

KITH & MENS provides 30-day returns for apparel and accessories with Gift Cards credited, minus original shipping costs plus a $8 restocking fee. WOMENSMULTI-BRAND APPAREL offers full refunds to the original form of payment (excluding initial delivery fees), as well as an applicable resitocking fee. However, some products are non refundable such us items marked “Final Sale” or certain Ronnie Fieg Kith Footwear Collections just to name few exclusions.
