What are Karen Kane shipping options?

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. If an order is placed before 11:00 am PST, it will typically be shipped out the same day. If placed after 11:00 am PST, it will usually be sent the next day, except for orders placed on a Friday which will be shipped out on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. The processing and shipping of orders may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. No weekend shipping is available. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the delivery location. International orders may take longer due to import/export regulations. Currently, they do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

What is Karen Kane return policy?

Karen Kane allows returns of clothing and accessories purchased from the KarenKane.com store within 60 days of receipt for a refund, and returns of home products are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Only a refund to the original payment method will be provided, no store credit will be issued. Returns received outside of the return period will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a $10 fee for using the return label. Please note that candles, ceramic plates, and napkins are final sale and cannot be returned.

How will my return be processed?

Once a return reaches their warehouse, it will take 10 to 14 days for the team to receive, inspect, and process it. You'll be notified via email when the return is complete. Returns that are not approved will be sent back to the shipping address from your original order.

Can I make exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy at the moment. If you would like to exchange an item, you'll need to initiate the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Delivery Refusals

Items that are either refused by the customer or undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to Karen Kane. The customer will receive a credit for the product cost and tax, minus shipping and handling. To receive the items again, the customer will need to place a new order and pay for any shipping charges.

Pricing, Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in US Dollars. International orders will be charged based on the current currency conversion rates. Karen Kane accepts payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and PayPal. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Refunds and credits will be applied back to the original payment method. Customers can only use one promotion code per order. Once the code is entered at checkout, the discount will be applied. Final sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be discounted with promotions or discounts.
