What can I return or exchange?

At this moment, Jed North only provides refund for returns. However, Jed North team is working on introducing an exchange option soon. Most items that are full-priced are eligible for return within 30 days of the package's delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request for a return label. Please note, clearance sale items and personal items such as underwear and socks are not eligible for return.
