What is James Perse return policy?

James Perse allows online returns of non-sale items that are unworn, have not been washed and have original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging along with any accessories included. Items in gift sets must be returned as a complete set in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the returned package does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and no refund will be given and the package will be forfeited. Shipping fees are not refundable.

About James Perse

James Perse, born in 1972 in Los Angeles, California, first delved into fashion through his love of sports, specifically baseball caps. Frustrated by the lack of well-designed caps on the market, he set out to create the perfect one for Maxfield in 1991. This led to a growing demand for his designs from film directors and record labels.
In 1994, he launched a t-shirt line that quickly gained a following for its combination of luxury and casual style. Two years later, he established his own collection of women's knits, which eventually expanded to include Standard James Perse for high-quality basics and James Perse Los Angeles for ready-to-wear items such as jackets, sweaters, pants, and dresses. In 1998, he added a men's collection, followed by a line for babies and children.
Inspired by minimalist architecture and the relaxed, indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the West Coast, James' design philosophy emphasizes elegance, comfort, and simplicity. He has applied this approach in every aspect of building and developing the brand.
In 2003, the first James Perse retail store opened its doors, and in 2007, the brand launched its online shopping site, expanding its reach. Currently, the company is developing a boutique hotel that embodies the James Perse lifestyle.
