What is Hyper GoGo's shipping policy?
All orders qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous states in the US.
Once an order is placed, in-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. The delivery time varies depending on your location, but it typically takes 2-5 business days after shipping.
Hyper GoGo ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS within the US, depending on the size/weight of the order and the delivery address. Whenever possible, the order will be shipped in a single box, but sometimes multiple shipments are required, such as in the case of a go-kart bundle and a hoverboard.
Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing the order, please check your SPAM folder or contact Hyper GoGo to request it again.
What is Hyper GoGo's return policy?
Hyper GOGO offers a return policy that allows you to return any purchased product within 14 days from the date of shipment receipt for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact Hyper GoGo's at [email protected] for return address or label. It is important to note that all returned products must be in their original condition and should not have been opened or used. Used products will not be accepted for returns.
In case of non-defective or no-longer needed products, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A shipping fee ranging from $70 to $300 per piece will be deducted from the refund amount. In case of defective products, Hyper GOGO will bear the return shipping costs. However, Hyper GoGo will not be able to accept full refunds after 14 days. The refund amount will range from 20% to 80% depending on the actual problem and situation. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.
