Pre-Orders:

Please return items from each order separately, using their respective return label. Returns cannot be combined under one label.

Footwear Return Policy

Visible signs of wear, including dirt, stains, scuffs, frayed fabric, and indented leather, will not be accepted for returns. When trying on shoes, please be careful and wear them on a soft, clean surface like a carpet or rug. Do not wear them outside until you're sure you want to keep them. The original shoebox must also be in good condition. Returns without the box or with a damaged shoebox will be declined.
