What is HerRoom return policy?

HerRoom wants you to love your purchase! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your item(s), send it back in new condition within 30 days for a refund.
Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, odor-free condition, with original tags and original packaging.
Items returned within 30 days will receive a credit back on the initial credit card or account.
All items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. This includes final sale items with .99 price endings.
HerRoom aims to process all returns, but keep in mind that damaged or unsaleable items will not be refunded or credited. In case you wish to have these items returned to you, HerRoom team is available to assist you, as long as you contact them in writing and make arrangements for the return cost.

Who pays for return shipping?

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. HerRoom has two options for shipping: use a pre-paid shipping label for $7.50, which will be deducted from their return credit, or use their own shipping method. If using their own shipping method, HerRoom recommends using a traceable and insured method. HerRoom will not be responsible for any lost packages.

Yes, HerRoom offers international shipping to over 100 countries through Borderfree.
