They offer two shipping options for international orders: free express shipping (3-6 days) and free priority shipping (4-8 days). Please note that all orders will be charged in USD. Additionally, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. They have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount.

What is FWRD return&exchange policy?

FWRD requires that all returns be made within 30 days of receipt and be in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund. Returns for international orders do not include prepaid return labels or refund for shipping costs. To return an item, simply pack it and the invoice in a return envelope/box and send it to their returns address. Maintaining the item in its original condition is important for it to be resold, so try on shoes on carpet, try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear, and avoid makeup rubbing off on tops and dresses. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, they will assist with repairs and replacement, but cannot provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable item.
