Can I return products to Ferosh?
FEROSH offers easy 7-days return/exchange policy to their customers from the date of delivery. In case you receive a damaged/defective product, FEROSH should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. They may request you to share images with them. Any returned product that does not fulfill the below mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in that case.
What is Ferosh’s shipping policy?
FEROSH deliver orders Pan India via Aramex & Delhivery courier service. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of order confirmation. Deliveries are done between Monday and Saturday between 9am and 5pm IST. The courier will make 3 attempts at delivery. If after the third attempt, the customer is unavailable, the courier company will return the parcel. If you would want re-delivery, you have to send us the request via email and thereby Rs75/- will be charged as a re-shipping cost.
