What is Cosplayskyde shipping policy?

Most orders (except for custom-made items) are shipped 5-7 business days after receipt of payment, and delivery usually takes 10-12 business days.
All custom-made costumes take approximately 7-14 business days to complete. However, during Halloween/Christmas/Carnival, this time may increase to 15-20 days due to high demand.
Cosplayskyde ship most products directly from their warehouse in China, so import duties in the form of import sales tax and customs fees may be due. The necessary forms are already completed by Cosplayskyde.
Import sales tax is levied on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to the value-added tax applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may be charged, which can vary greatly depending on the ordered goods and your country.

What is Cosplayskyde return policy?

Cosplayskyde's goal is to achieve 100% satisfaction for all its valued customers. Cosplayskyde offers a refund or exchange/costume change for items that are damaged, missing, or significantly different from Cosplayskyde's description. As all costumes at Skycosplay are made to order, the company provides a fair and responsible return and exchange policy. Customers should contact Cosplayskyde within 2 days of receiving the items and send them pictures by email to support the claim for a replacement or refund. For costumes made in the wrong size, Skycosplay will make a new costume free of charge (if the error is found to be on Cosplayskyde's side).
However, Skycosplay is NOT responsible for wrong sizes in custom-made costumes if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this case, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item with a 20% reduction in the list price, or return the costume to Cosplayskyde for correction (the cost will be borne by the customer); you will only be charged for the cost of the correction in this case.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days. Please follow the steps below:
Contact Cosplayskyde via email ([email protected]) within 2 days of receiving the package. In the email, describe the problem with the item or any other issue with the order and include some photos if possible. Cosplayskyde's customer service will review the information you provided to determine if Cosplayskyde can offer a return/exchange service.
If it is confirmed that the products can be returned, Cosplayskyde's customer service will provide the return address and other details for return via email. However, Cosplayskyde is not responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and checking the returned products, they should be in their original condition. Cosplayskyde will arrange for a refund or exchange. You can typically receive the refund within 2-5 days.
