What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

All customers have 14 days to discover their satisfaction with products purchased from us. If you're not completely thrilled, return the unworn items in original condition and packaging within two weeks of receiving your order for a refund or store credit – no exchanges allowed just yet! Don't forget to hang on to that proof of purchase. We regret that our sale items and earrings are non-refundable; however, if the good is found to be faulty upon delivery we will provide a full refund. For hygiene reasons no returns of earrings can occur unless deemed faulted or damaged prior to receiving them. We also do not accept return requests for gift cards and vouchers purchased on our site.
