What is Chaco shipping policy?

Chacos.com offers three shipping options: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Rush Delivery for all orders within the Continental U.S. Once you place your order, you will receive shipping details and tracking information via email.
If you have a custom order through MyChacos, it will be shipped Express after production, which currently takes approximately 2 weeks from the date of order submission.
Orders can be shipped to any location within the 50 United States.
Please note that orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday EST will not be processed until Monday morning. Standard ground orders are delivered by the carrier from Tuesday to Saturday, while two-day and overnight orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

What is Chaco's return policy?

For all returns, a shipping charge of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that you have access to a printer as the online return process requires a printed PDF of the shipping label and return document. If you do not have a printer, kindly contact customer service at 1-888-211-1908.
Keep a copy of the return/exchange documentation for tracking purposes.
Note that MyChacos custom sandals and accessories are not eligible for return/exchange. Please contact the customer service team at 1-888-211-9211 for any inquiries or concerns about your MyChacos purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, Chaco apologize for the inconvenience. To help resolve the issue quickly, please check the following guidelines to determine if the product is considered defective by Chaco's review team.

Chaco's warranty

To determine warranty coverage for Chaco products, they must be evaluated in-person by Chaco's specialists. Replacement of warranted products is at the discretion of Chaco. It's important to note that the warranty does not apply to issues related to fit or normal wear and tear. If products are worn past the point of repair, they will no longer be covered under warranty. To request warranty service, fill out the ReChaco repair form and indicate your warranty request. Make sure to include your Service Authorization (SA) on the package when mailing it in. A credit card is required, and while there is no charge for a warranty repair or replacement, if Chaco's team determines that your footwear is not covered under warranty, they will repair it for a fee.
