What is Cavender's return policy?

For orders placed by Cavenders.com account holders who are logged in, Ground Shipping is free for all orders. However, please take note that certain items may be excluded from this benefit and may require an additional surcharge.
If you do not have an account with Cavenders.com or are not logged in during checkout, Ground Shipping is free for orders exceeding $75.00.
For boot purchases, Ground Shipping and returns are free, applicable only to the original order and the first return.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on the carrier's website. To track your order, visit the order status page.
If your order appears to be delayed, keep in mind that credit card approval must be obtained prior to processing, and only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted.
Orders placed after 11:00 am CST are processed the following day, and those placed after 11:00 am CST on Fridays are usually processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if there is a Monday holiday such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, or other holidays). Packages are shipped from Cavender's fulfillment center and stores from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

What is Cavender's return policy?

Shop knowing that you may exchange or receive a credit within 30 days after purchase as long as merchandise is in its original condition including tags and packaging. Be sure when trying on boots that the soles remain unscratched by only walking them in carpeted areas until Cavender's fit perfectly – no worries if it doesn't work out though because returns are accepted too (just not shipping costs).
