Carsha Shipping policy
For items that are currently available, the description will indicate "in stock", and the lead time will be 1-5 days. On the other hand, items that are not yet available will be labeled as "pre-order" with a lead time of about 14 days.
As a retail customer, you can choose to pick up your purchased items from their warehouse location in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, without any additional charge. For orders exceeding HKD$600, they offer free local delivery within Hong Kong. However, for orders below this amount, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. Carsha has partnered with various shipping couriers, including Paratrooper Express, 852Express, and SF Express, with the latter being their default courier company unless the customer specifies otherwise. Carsha also provides international shipping to retail customers worldwide, and the shipping fee will be based on the total weight of the items selected, with the shipping method selected at checkout. Carsha Refund policy
RETURNS
All returns for Carsha (Hong Kong) must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
