How does Allbirds ship?

Allbirds provides customers with four different shipping speeds for deliveries within the contiguous United States. The first option is the standard shipping for $5, which usually takes around 6-8 business days for the order to arrive. All orders above $75 are eligible for automatic waiver of this fee. The shipping carrier, which could be FedEx, USPS or a regional carrier, is automatically selected based on the shipping address. However, availability and differences may exist depending on the final destination, such as PO Box, Armed Services and Outlying Territories.
For expedited shipping, Allbirds offers a 2-business day delivery option starting at $16 and a 1-business day option starting at $25. The final price of these options will be displayed during checkout and varies depending on the order volume and final destination. Additionally, express shipping with a 3-5 business day delivery window is now available for $6.
It's important to note that Allbirds only ships and delivers on business days, and only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship on the same day. For example, if a customer places an order with 1-business day shipping on Thursday after 2 pm ET, the order will be shipped on the next business day, Friday, and delivered on the following Monday.

What is Allbirds return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Allbirds offers hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days with no questions asked.
However, please keep in mind that for apparel items, the labels must be intact and for socks and underwear, the packaging must be unopened. It's also important to note that returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country where the purchase was made.
