You can purchase gift vouchers from their online shop in the merchandise and gift card section. They come in the following denominations: £10, £25, £50, and £100.
What is Air-ly's shipping policy?
All orders are shipped through either Royal Mail or EVRI. You can expect to receive your products within 2-3 business days of placing your order, due to processing and packaging time. Shipping to UK mainland is priced at £2.50.
What is Air-ly's return policy?
To initiate a return, you must request it within 30 days of the product being shipped to you and ship the product(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving approval. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. If the product or packaging is damaged, Air-ly may reject the return.
If a product is not eligible for return, Air-ly will inform the customer and no refund will be issued. The customer can then choose to have the product shipped back to them at a cost of £30 or have the product recycled. If no choice is made within 14 days of being notified of the rejected return, the product will be recycled.
